- Your full name
- Your D.O.B
- Your address (and invoicing address if different)
- Your mobile tel. number
- Your email address to contact you regarding the course
- Date and title of the MT or NNAS course you would like to book on
What happens next:
- You will received an invoice with payment details once you submit a booking form.
- You will only be registered on the course, with the relevant NGB, once your payment is received.
- You are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions on booking - please refer to these for our cancellation and refund policy
- You will receive Joining Instructions with essential kit details.
